Founded in 2023, Bahan Consulting has quickly become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals. To date, we have hosted over 200 seminars and continue to expand our offerings to help practitioners enhance their expertise and build thriving practices. Our mission is to provide innovative education, resources, and programs that equip holistic practitioners for the future.

Tim Bahan | President and founder
For three decades, Tim established himself as a leading independent representative of Standard Process in Ohio and West Virginia, delivering exceptional results and shaping one of the largest territories in the U.S. His success was built on a commitment to clinical education, fostering connections between practitioners and leading experts across the country. By curating impactful seminars and ensuring access to top-tier knowledge, he created an environment where practitioners could grow and thrive. Today, as President of Bahan Consulting, LLC, and Nutrition Seminars, Tim continues to leverage his expertise to support clinicians in achieving their professional and wellness goals.
Tim is not only an inspiring leader with an exceptional work ethic but also a mentor deeply invested in the success of those around him. His generosity and commitment to service extend far beyond his professional role—he is dedicated to empowering others to build healthier lives, both personally and professionally. Through his leadership, Bahan Consulting continues to grow as a company rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a shared vision for better health and wellness.
Jena Jones | Director of Operations
Leveraging her management background and experience in healthcare, Jena has played a pivotal role in shaping Bahan Consulting from its inception. Working alongside Tim Bahan, she has been instrumental in building and scaling the organization, developing the operational structure that supports its continued growth.
Jena oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations while also contributing to the organization’s long-term strategy. Balancing everything from finance and project management to finalizing course content and resources, she ensures that every detail is executed. Known for her kindness, Jena fosters an environment where efficiency and well-being go hand in hand, ensuring both the team and practitioners feel supported in their work and personal lives.
Rachel Andrews | Director of strategic planning & communications | HSR Liaison
Driven by a passion for education, Rachel strategically aligns resources and actions with organizational mission, vision, and strategy. She spearheads key communication initiatives and manages the delivery of engaging, accessible online education experiences, including webinars, live broadcasts, and courses.
As a dedicated advocate for the Heart Sound Recorder (HSR), she serves as a vital liaison, driving information, sales, access, and expansion. With over a decade of experience educating healthcare professionals about whole food nutrient and herbal solutions at Standard Process of Ohio, Rachel brings her expertise and passion to Bahan Consulting.
When not working, Rachel enjoys watching her three boys play sports, taking long walks in the sunshine and traveling.

Stephanie Worch | Manager of West Coast Planning and Operations
Manages operations related to in-person events in the western half of the US*

With more than two decades of experience in whole food nutrition and the Standard Process sphere, Stephanie brings a deep passion for wellness and operational excellence to Bahan Consulting. She spent six years as an operations associate for Standard Process West MI before joining our team, leveraging her expertise in event planning, operations, and marketing design to create seamless experiences for practitioners.
Stephanie’s early background in corporate management, where she quickly earned national recognition, shaped her ability to lead with both precision and creativity. At Bahan Consulting, she plays a key role in event execution, branding, and ensuring every detail reflects the highest standard of quality. Wearing many hats, she consistently goes above and beyond to support both our team and the practitioners we serve. In her free time, Stephanie finds stillness through yoga, travel, and the beautiful nature near her Western Michigan home.
Ellen LeMoult | Manager of East coast Planning and Operations
Manages operations related to in-person events in the eastern half of the US*.

With over 25 years of experience in print media, Ellen seamlessly transitioned her creative, organizational and managerial skills into the role as Events Coordinator with Standard Process Metro NY, where she dedicated 15 years. Ellen now plays a pivotal role with Bahan Consulting in planning, organizing and executing educational seminars in the eastern region of the US. Her mission is to provide attendees a variety of events designed to equip them with the latest knowledge and techniques, helping them advance their practice and improve patient outcomes.
Ellen calls Connecticut home, where she loves the vibrant beach community lifestyle. As a proud mother of two grown sons, family holds a special place in her heart.
Sam Rubinoski | Organizational Development & Communications Strategist
Sam specializes in process improvement and organizational strategy, enhancing internal systems and optimizing communications at Bahan Consulting. She develops and collaborates on resources like a dedicated partner portal, evaluations, and tracking procedures while refining workflows through analysis and strategic insights to improve efficiency and accessibility. Sam is passionate about fostering collaboration, ensuring that teams and partners have the tools and support needed to succeed together.
Throughout her nearly fifteen years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational communication, Sam has held roles ranging from program manager and consultant to director of organizational and strategic development. Her work spans education, youth services, and community engagement, including partnerships with industry professionals, nonprofit board leadership, and strategic planning. A dedicated advocate for continuous learning and social impact, she was selected for the YWCA’s prestigious Leadership for Social Change cohort, graduating in 2023.
