We are dedicated to being a reliable and go-to source of continuing education seminars, resources, and programs, with a mission to continuously discover opportunities to bring holistic practitioners into the future.

For three decades, Tim established himself as a leading independent representative of Standard Process in Ohio and West Virginia, delivering exceptional results for his team. By providing practitioners with the chance to learn from other experts around the country, Tim's team built one of the largest territories in the U.S. What made his approach successful was the emphasis on clinical education and the right speakers and seminars. Today, Tim is the President of Bahan Consulting, LLC and Nutrition Seminars, where he brings his wealth of experience to help clinicians achieve their goals.

Rachel Andrews | Director of Distance Education & HSR Liaison

Manages online education experiences, such as webinars and online courses, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and quality in every virtual teaching space. Liaison for Heart Sound Recorder information, sales, access, and expansion.

After over a decade of passionately educating healthcare professionals about the benefits of whole food nutrient and herbal solutions at Standard Process of Ohio, Rachel joined the Bahan Consulting team to continue bringing educational opportunities to HCPs across the United States.  Rachel is also an advocate for the Heart Sound Recorder (HSR) and works to ensure awareness and successful integration of this life-changing tool.

Ellen LeMoult | Manager of Eastern US Operations

With over 25 years of experience in print media, Ellen seamlessly transitioned her creative, organizational and managerial skills into the role as Events Coordinator with Standard Process Metro NY, where she dedicated 15 years. Ellen now plays a pivotal role with Bahan Consulting in planning, organizing and executing educational seminars in the eastern region of the US. Her mission is to provide attendees a variety of events designed to equip them with the latest knowledge and techniques, helping them advance their practice and improve patient outcomes.
Ellen calls Connecticut home, where she loves the vibrant beach community lifestyle. As a proud mother of two grown sons, family holds a special place in her heart. Engaged in her local community, Ellen serves as a member of the CERT (Certified Emergency Response Team), demonstrating her commitment to safety and preparedness. Beyond that, she finds fulfillment in contributing to various volunteer initiatives and participating in a local women’s group where she embraces opportunities to connect and give back. She also loves outdoor music events, traveling, theater, hiking and visiting NYC.
