License Renewal: While applications relating to credit hours for license renewal in selected states have been executed for these programs, it remains attendees’ responsibility to contact the state board(s) from whom they seek continuing education credits for purposes of ensuring said board(s) approve both venue and content as they relate to any seminar/course/lecture/webinar /online presentation (event). *Cancellation Policy - If registration is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event (with notice given), the registrant will receive a refund minus 15% transaction fee. If cancelled less than 72 hours before event or person does not attend an event without prior notice, a 35% fee will be deducted from the registration cost.
